Band Form Spring
One type of spring commonly used in many industries such as automotive, energy, electronics, agriculture, and furniture is the band form spring. Band form springs have a rectangular cross-section with certain standardized dimensions. The basic function of these springs is to store energy and use that energy in the required area. If a spring can be stretched with the applied pressure and return to its previous state when the pressure is relieved, it means it is a quality product. During winding, the inner and outer ends of band form springs are compressed. This is done to eliminate the effect of friction. Additionally, the winding distances of band form springs are generally set to a certain length, but they can be wound at different distances as needed or upon customer request.
